Hyundai Exter is expected to launch in India by the end of 2023.

Exterior:

The Hyundai Exter is expected to be smaller than the Hyundai Venue in dimensions. On the outside, the micro-SUV will feature blacked-out B-pillars, roof rails, a sunroof, a shark-fin antenna, A-pillar mounted ORVMs, and even a quarter glass for the rear window.

Interior:

As of now, there are no details regarding the interior of the Ai3. But we expect it to have a dual-tone interior theme, infotainment unit and a digital instrument cluster, automatic climate control, power windows, and other features.

Engine, performance, and specifications:

The Hyundai Exter is expected to make use of the 1.2-litre petrol engine found in other Hyundai vehicles. This engine is tuned to produce 82bhp and 114Nm of torque. Transmission options are likely to include a five-speed manual and an AMT unit.

Variants:

The variant details of the Hyundai Ai3 have not been revealed yet.

Safety:

The micro-SUV has not been tested for any safety ratings yet.

Competition: 

Upon arrival, the Hyundai Exter is expected to compete against the likes of Tata Punch and Citroen C3.
